Please join us Thursday, April 22nd at 6:00 pm for “Cutting for Relief”.
Why do teens cut themselves? Cutting is not new; it’s a form of self-injury and a serious issue affecting many teens. Even if you haven’t heard about it – your teen has. They may even know someone who does. Learn ways to recognize and identify triggers and create a behavior plan to deal with emotional issues that may lead to “cutting”. This 2-hour workshop will provide an overview of this topic from the parent/school perspective as well as the teen’s perspective.
Please call the Family Support Organization of Burlington County (A Chapter of the Federation of Families for Children’s Mental Health) at 609-265-8838 to register for this 2-hour class. Childcare not available.
