Beginner’s Yoga Class

Please join Registered Yoga Teacher Robin Soll on Thursday, June 17th at 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm to bring joy to your life through Yoga poses in connection with your mind, body, and spirit. The Beginner’s Yoga class will teach you the connection between breaths, body, and spirit. The fundamentals of your breath aligned with posture and spirit flow. You will be calmer and more centered on being present. You may register using the online calendar or by calling the library at 856-983-1444. This program is for Adults and you must have a BCLS library card to register.

Note: Please wear loose clothing to class and you will need to bring a rug, mat, or towel with you.
