Please join Registered Yoga Teacher Robin Soll on Saturday, March 17th at 11:00 am to 12:00 pm to bring joy to your life through Yoga poses in connection with your mind, body, and spirit. Relaxing Yoga will teach you the connection between breaths, body, and spirit. The fundamentals of your breath aligned with posture and spirit flow. You will be calmer and more centered on being present.
